We hand craft furniture on a customer request basis and require a 50% deposit before commencing construction. We accept VISA, Mastercard, personal check or cash. The approximate time to complete the order will be given at this time. The balance of payment is due upon completion of the project and prior to shipment. You may also place your order in person. We welcome visitors to our shop in Lititz, PA. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm (EST). If you have any special requirements or if you wish to commission a piece of furniture that does not appear in our catalog, please call us at the above toll free number to discuss your design specifications. ShippingOur quilt chests are carefully crated in our shop and shipped by common carrier. For delivery of all other pieces, the furniture will be carefully packed and then transported by an appropriate carrier. The price of shipping will be quoted at the time the order is placed. As the project is nearing completion, we will call to arrange a delivery time.
